Meet the Founder, Mark Shortall

Hiring great People and TA talent is harder than most people think it is. I've spent the last 15 years trying to make it a bit easier for everyone involved.

I worked on the agency side before moving in-house with Facebook to scale their People & Talent function from 30 to 300+ over three years. I left in 2017 to launch Re:work to partner with tech start-ups and scale-ups across Europe.

We're now a fully remote team of four, so make sure to connect with Alex, Kristina, and Mihaela. I'm really proud of their work, and they're incredible people.

Re:work is the only child I'll have, so I spend an unhealthy amount of time obsessing about it. I've made a lot of mistakes along the way and learned some hard lessons. But it's mostly been fun and gone way better than I ever imagined it would.
